Pëllumb Kelmendi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at Auburn University. His research focuses on civil wars, international peacekeeping, and post-conflict institution building. Prior to joining Auburn, Pëllumb was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Michigan’s Weiser Center for Emerging Democracies. He received his Ph.D. from Brown University, M.Phil. from the University of Cambridge, and B.A. from the University of Chicago. His research has been published by the Journal of Conflict Resolution and prior to joining Auburn University, he taught at Brown University and the University of Prishtina.
